We have been using and testing our coffee roaster for quite a while now now and absolutely love it. It's small (great for home use) and as a professional roaster offers a quality of performance that is so impressive. We were undecided about home roasting, due to complexity and possibly having a product that would not produce consistency across all beans. We were also worried that it would not match the quality of roast provided by our usual bean providers. However after using, it's simple to use and the quality of roasts it is providing is a match for commercial roasting companies. We love the savings too as green beans are significantly cheaper than roasted beans. We can also roast to our own tastes. (We love light/medium roasts).
