We have not just chosen any coffee grinder, but the best coffee grinder for the home and small office. Single dose grinders are a must for home use. They have very little retention or exchange, plus have a small footprint and this makes them perfect. Using a grinder at home with a standard hopper will result in stale coffee due to the retention & exchange. (This is ok in a coffee shop when making coffees every minute), but at the home when there could be hours between, a single dose grinder will result in fresh coffee every time you use it.
