The Silvia Pro X is a dual boiler espresso machine with a 58mm saturated group head, built in PID with shot timer, and internal reservoir. The Pro X gives you the ability to control temperature, pre-infusion, and on/off times, whilst being able to both pull your espresso shot and steam milk simultaneously.
